If a product does not work for you, send it back. We make the process as straightforward as we can.
How it works
- Email hello@gren-skincare.example with your order ID and the items you want to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send you a return label within one business day.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Common questions
What if my product arrived damaged?
Photograph the packaging and the product and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Are opened products eligible for return?
Yes — if you have tried the product and it does not work for your skin, we will still accept the return within 30 days. The 30-day window starts from the delivery date.
